- Provide and coach a chatbot: With the help of tools such as Dialogue Designer, you can easily train a chatbot with dialogue sequences and preinstalled content.
- Open platform: Extend the chatbot capabilities with third-party libraries (e.g., Tensorflow, Stanford JavaNLP, IBM Watson, Apache NLP) and system integrations of your choice.
