At Citunius, we understand that every business is different, so our STANDARD, PREMIUM and ENTERPRISE plans can be extended.

There are more than a dozen chatbots available, developed by the BBP community. Support for each of these add-ons is provided for STANDARD plan clients and above.

Other open source integrated tools such as Elasticsearch, MySQL, MariaDB, etc. are not supported in these support plans.

ENTERPRISE support contracts include 24 support cases per year. Additional cases can be purchased as needed.

Level 1: Only minor functionality is affected or a (cosmetic) bug affects a small number of users.

Stage 2: Functionality is severely affected or significant performance degradation occurs. The situation severely impacts parts of your chatbot operation and there is no reasonable workaround.

Stage 3: Critical production issue that severely impacts your use of the software.
