No, all functions and features of the Business Bot platform can be used via the browser. You need neither a smartphone nor a personal phone number. However, depending on the instant messenger (e.g. Telegram™ Messenger) a mobile phone number is necessary to deliver the message delivery to the smartphone.
If we do not inform about individual terms and conditions when concluding the contract, the minimum duration is 3 months with a notice period to the end of the month. If you cancel within the first 30 days, we will charge you nothing.
You simply log on to the Business Bot platform, select the menu item 'Message Delivery" in the navigation bar and type the personal message. Our platform will take care of the instant message delivery.
Specific tasks such as sending simple messages to a small group of receivers can be performed by yourself with limited effort. However, the efforts from a certain degree of complexity are too high (e.g., message delivery to many recipients, timely message delivery of system-created events as message), so that manpower and time expenses increase enormously. The Business Bot Platform basically supports any monitoring tool. For many monitoring tools, we offer pre-built integrations. For more information, see the list of Business Bots and the documentation.
Once the monitoring tool triggers a notification, the integration is called to start the communication with the business Bot platform in order to send the notification as an instant message.
The platform currently supports Facebook™ Messenger, Microsoft Skype for Business™, Telegram™ Messenger, and Threema / Threema Work. The integration of additional instant messengers is planned for future releases.
Yes, the platform supports messages containing any file type such as document, audio, picture, voice, and video. This applies to both, incoming instant messages from the user and outgoing messages from the chatbot.
